This policy explains what personal data RAGTEX INTERNATIONAL LLC collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
RAGTEX INTERNATIONAL LLC ("Ragtex", "we", "us") is a manufacturer of industrial wiping solutions based in Muscat, Bousher, Al-Misfah, Sultanate of Oman.

What data we collect
We collect only the data you choose to send us through the request-for-quotation form: company name, contact person, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, products of interest, estimated monthly volume, required sizes and specifications, delivery location, and any message you write.
We do not operate accounts, and we do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any special category of personal data through this website.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry: to prepare a quotation, arrange a free sample, and follow up on that request.
The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry addressed to us. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
Where an enquiry leads to a supply relationship, the associated records are retained for as long as the relationship continues and thereafter for the period required by applicable Omani commercial and tax law.
Who processes it on our behalf
Website hosting and delivery: Vercel Inc.
Transactional email delivery for form submissions and acknowledgements: Resend.
Privacy-respecting analytics, which set no cookies and do not profile individual visitors, and which run only after you consent.
These providers process data only on our instructions. Some are located outside Oman, which means your data may be transferred abroad; we rely on the providers' contractual data-protection commitments for those transfers.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses two measurement tools. Vercel Analytics records aggregate, cookieless traffic counts — pages visited and rough region — without storing any identifier on your device; it runs by default because it cannot identify you.
Google Analytics, which does use cookies to distinguish visits, loads only after you accept the analytics prompt shown on your first visit. If you decline, your choice is stored and Google Analytics never loads; no functionality is withheld. IP addresses are anonymised where the tool supports it.
Beyond that, the site sets no marketing or profiling cookies. A single local-storage entry remembers your analytics choice, and another remembers that you have seen the opening animation.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to provide a copy of it, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose.
To make a request, email info@ragtex.co We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may raise the matter with the competent Omani supervisory authority.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry data is limited to Ragtex personnel who need it to respond to you.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
